These Terms govern your use of MedRewards. By using the platform you agree to them. 1. The Service MedRewards is a software platform that allows hospitals and clinics to run loyalty programmes for their patients. MedRewards itself does not provide medical advice, diagnoses or treatment. 2. Accounts You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your password. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension. 3. Points & rewards Points and rewards are issued and redeemed within a single clinic's programme. They have no monetary value, are not transferable between clinics, and are governed by the rules each clinic sets for its programme. Clinics may amend their rules with reasonable notice. 4. Acceptable use You may not abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate points, share accounts, or use MedRewards for any unlawful purpose. 5. Clinic admins If you are a clinic admin, you are responsible for the accuracy of points and rewards you issue, and for complying with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction. 6. Termination We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. A clinic may also terminate its programme; in that case patient data is exported on request. 7. Liability MedRewards is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8.
